How Do I Choose The Correct Bouncy Castle For My Party In Dublin Or Wicklow?

The first think you need to do is measure the grass area are you have available, take note of low hanging trees and any other obstacles that might obstruct the safe use of the unit.

How Much Extra Space Do I Need?

Choose an inflatable that is suitable for the age profile of your party allowing room around the unit for safe access 1m to 2m on average is the required free space.

Can I Cancel My Bouncy Castle Booking?

We have different cancellation policies depending on the time of year, if this is of concern to you please discuss at the time of booking. In high season we have a no cancellation policy and this will be explained at the time of booking.

How Much Access Space Do you Require?

This all depends on the size of the unit ordered but around 1m clear is the minimum. If you ask us to take any unit through your house we can try to do it but you need to be aware that we will not be responsible for any damage caused or wet or dirty floors. We of course always do our utmost to avoid this but most times we are asked to do nearly the impossible. Bouncing castles are BIG when rolled up.

What If My Bouncy Castle Or Party Inflatable Does Not Fit?

It is your responsibility to give us the correct measurements for your space available for the unit at time of booking and therefore if our team arrive on site and it does not fit it the hirer will have to pay for the booking. We rely on your measurements to allow for the correct selection of our units at time of booking.

What Do I need To Do Before You Arrive?

You will need to completely clear the access route that we need to take the inflatable through, on average we need at least 1m wide but again please ask us if you feel there might be a problem. You should have the grass are cleaned of all toys and dog dirt as this is a big safety issue. You will also need to make sure we have one socket for each blower, we of course provide the outdoor extension leads.

What Will You Do When You Arrive?

The first thing we do is a safety and suitability check on your space, if this is all good we will then give you our booking contract to read and ask you for any questions you should have. The booking form starts with the most important point which is: Units need to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, we cannot stress this strongly enough as nearly all accidents are caused by poor or non existent supervision and overcrowding of units. Remember a Bouncing Castle is not a Baby Sitter. The booking contract also provides information on the EU recommended maximum capacity for each unit.

We will then install your unit in a safe manner making sure that all pegs are anchored in the ground, when finished we do a final safety and clean test making sure everything is good to go.

We will show you how to operate the unit, collect payment and arrange pick up time and day.

What Am I Responsible For?

As stated before the most important thing is supervision. You are also responsible for the inflatable whilst it is in your care. What we mean by this is, we expect the unit to be returned in the same condition you receive it. We take pride in supplying the units in a first class condition to our clients and if it returned in a dirty state we charge you to clean it. On average cleaning costs amount to € 120.00. If the unit is stolen we charge for a new unit, if it is damaged we charge you to repair it.If your dog eats it we charge you for a new unit. You are responsible for third party insurance should you require it.

What Sort of a Company Are You?

Well the good thing is we are a proper company, with properly trained staff , we are fair and honest people, we exist you can look us up and find us. We do not operate out of a 15 year old beat up car. We have units that are replaced within 2 years. We still see units that we sold as being past it ten years ago on the rental market !

2 days for the price of 1 is delivery before 11.30 am on day 1 and pick up after 4pm day 2.

To avail of this offer please ask at the time of booking. T & C Apply but briefly, it must be 2 days in a row. The unit is in a private garden for a private party. No adult use, no use after dark. You the customer are totally responsible for the safety and upkeep of the unit whilst in your care. Some high season dates are excluded from this offer.
